Duval County Unlikely to See Home Price Climb

Palm Beach County is the only Florida County likely to see home prices climb through the first quarter of 2014 reports CoreLogic.  Duval County is in the same predicament as Miami-Dade and Broward counties facing increasing home inventories and decreasing prices.  Thank your Florida legislature and the Florida courts for this development.  The judicial mandate to clear the back log of foreclosures and the new fast track foreclosure bill that became effective on June7, 2013 are unleashing large numbers of homes to the market place and causing home prices to drop.
