In cases where a parent does not complete a case plan, aoption of th child is an option.  A dependency adoption is a streamlined adoption process.

In cases where a parent does not complete a case plan but adoption is not an option, a child can be place in the long-term guardianship of a relative.

Additionally, older children may qualify for Independent Living Services.
