Dependency

Patricia Lamazares Parker has been practicing in the area of juvenile dependency her entire legal career.  In 1992, she was a staff attorney for Florida's Health and Rehabilitative Services (now known as The Department of Children and Families), prosecuting parents acused of abusing or neglecting their children.  She was also a staff attorney for the Department of Juvenile Justice, working with courts to place delinqent children in appropriate programs.

However, most of Patricia's career has been dedicated to representing parents accused of abuse or neglect.  She also files private dependency cases to protect abused or neglected children.  She has developed a reputation as a formidable litigator with unique skill in handling  such cases.
