A business not authorized to practice law that prepares bankruptcy petitions.  Stay away from petition preparers for they know not what they do.  Preparing the petition is the easiest part of the bankruptcy process, and the failure to get competent legal advice can often cost more than the cost of a bankruptcy lawyer.  A trustee is more likely to take assets from an unrepresented debtor.
