A meeting, required by Bankruptcy Code § 341, at which the debtor is questioned about his/her financial affairs under oath by the trustee.  Since the enactment of BAPCA, the U.S. trustee also attends with regularity.  Ironically, creditors, for whom the meeting is named, rarely appear.
