The Bankruptcy Code is organized into Chapters.  Chapters 1, 3, and 5 cover matters of general application.  Chapter 7 concern liquidation (business or non-business); Chapter 11 concerns business reorganization; and Chapter 13 concerns personal (i.e. non-business) reorganization.
