A bankruptcy categorized by the U.S. courts as primarily involving business debts.  Under BAPCA, a debtor with primarily business debts does not have to file a means test nor has to get a certificate of credit counseling.  Data from the U.S. Administrative Office of the Courts subdivides bankruptcies into business and non-business for statistical purposes.
